Kids Coat Hanger  

There’s a whole bunch of fun and colorful options for a kids coat hanger that one would be a sure hit for any child in your life. Whether it’s used to hang coats and jackets or bags and backpacks and coat rack in the differing styles will be a nice addition to any home.

A row of hooks affixed to the wall either individually or as part of one wall hanger is good for right inside the front door.  When there are a number of kids in a home a row of hooks just for them is an encouraging way to get them to keep their coats hung up and not thrown on the floor.  A wall mounted coat hanger is good when there is appropriate wall space conveniently close to the doorway.  The point to remember is to have the coat hanger as close to the door as possible because the further away it is the less likely it is to get used.  When installing a row of hooks, or a unit with a few hooks on it, be sure that you are finding the wood framing to secure it into and not just the drywall, to be able to hold the weight of heavy coats and possibly backpacks.  

A standing coat rack can be very useful by the front door for the same reasons as noted above.  They are most suitable for layouts where a wall mounted coat rack would be too far away or when you just enjoy the look of the standing rack and you have ample space for the extra bulk created by coats and bags.  If you want to be most encouraging to your children to use the rack, get a design that is fun and playful and specifically for them and they will be more apt to use it when they feel it’s a special hanger just for kids.

A kid focused hanger is a great decorating choice for a child’s bedroom.  The pole style adds a nice look with its height and the various styles you can get will be well suited to the existing decor or just a nice choice for the child preferences.  Having a fun-looking hanger stand in their bedroom, children will actually enjoy hanging up anything on their own personal hooks, especially if they were in on the decision of which on they got.
